Original Hot Yoga

Our inspiring teachers will guide you through the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises of the traditional Original Hot Yoga sequence, known worldwide as Bikram Yoga or Hot 26&2. Rooted in the Ghosh lineage of therapeutic Hatha Yoga, this heated practice builds strength, flexibility, focus, determination, patience, and discipline while cultivating greater self-awareness through consistency, breath, and mindful repetition.

This 90-minute hot class builds on the foundation of the 26&2 Original Hot Yoga series, introducing new postures and skills in a challenging yet accessible way for all levels. Created by Esak Garcia of the e84 Yoga School, it emphasizes technique, mindful progression, and skill development. With no fixed sequence, each class offers a fresh experience while strengthening your foundation and preparing you for the 84 Asanas practice.

84 Asanas

84 Asanas is a 120-minute fixed-sequence practice rooted in the sacred number 84, symbolizing self-mastery and higher yogic consciousness. Designed for experienced 26&2 students, it supports advanced postures like lotus, handstands, leg-over-head movements, and deep backbends, cultivating strength, flexibility, focus, and presence while uniting body, mind, and spirit in disciplined, mindful progression toward mastery.

Inferno HIIT Pilates

Inferno HIIT Pilates (IHP) is a low-impact, high-intensity interval training class rooted in functional Pilates principles. Every exercise is an opportunity to fire up your core—activating the abdominals, glutes, and pelvic floor while keeping the joints supported and happy. This powerful full-body workout builds strength, increases mobility, and elevates overall health. Expect intensity, precision, and the kind of heat that leaves you feeling strong, energized, and deeply alive.

Hot Flow & Vinyasa

With our Hot Flow and Vinyasa offerings, you’ll move with curiosity, explore new transitions, and discover your body’s capabilities. Each teacher brings their unique gifts to the practice, offering a fresh experience each time. These heated sessions blend strength, mobility, and mindful sequencing, supporting deeper body awareness, steady exploration, and a clear, grounded finish.

With our unique Yin Yoga offerings, you’ll slow down and settle into long-held postures that target deep connective tissues.   • Like a second home for me.

    When you walk through the door you are automatically acknowledged and welcomed in as a family member. No judgements, just encouraged to join in with what is good for you! Yes it is a hot studio for most classes, but if you focus on your intent and your breathing, then you’ve already experienced a benefit for you! This studio as small as it is , is amazing with the many services offered. There’s a salon and a sauna and “ the cold plunge”, which is the ultimate experience after a hot yoga or Pilates class. Just give it a try, your body will thank you!!! Staff and members are welcoming, so come see for yourself!! Also the music from the soundtrack for Pilates will get you pumped, if not, then one of the members will!!! Hope to see you soon…

  • Crimson Yoga studio is simply AMAZING.

    I have been to many studios in my nearly 20 years of practicing yoga, and this is my favorite. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you and your practice. The community presence is large and the vibe is one of hard work and support. Crimson Yoga is definitely not the watered down, mass-produced yoga that you find at many yoga studios. Rather, I think of Crimson Yoga as a boutique yoga studio where the instruction is superb and tailored to the level of each student. The classes challenge both novice and expert yogis. Writing a testimonial does not do it justice. You really have to experience it yourself!

    The way the space is set up can handle a lot of different vibes, from soft, low lit for the 6 am classes, or white walled and bright for the day time classes. The instructors at Crimson are top notch; excellent at textbook cues but also filled with compassion to recognize and call towards each client during their practice in an intentional way.
