Is hot yoga for me?

Hot yoga can be a great fit for everyone! For those new to practicing in the heat, we offer cooler areas within the studioto help you ease into the experience. If you thrive in heat, arrive early to secure a spot under our state of the art infraredheaters. Don't let the warmth deter you-embracing this new challenge could be a transformative experience!

What do I wear?

We recommend wearing minimal clothing that you're comfortable with during class. Since you'll be moving andsweating, it's important to choose attire that allows for maximum air circulation and freedom of movement. Opt forlightweight, breathable fabrics that will keep you cool and comfortable throughout your practice.

What do I bring?

Bring your open-minded spirit and a few essentials: a yoga mat, a towel, and water. We provide showers and changingrooms at the studio, so feel free to bring an extra towel and a fresh set of clothes if you'd like to freshen up afterward. Ifyou don't have all the essentials, don't worry! We offer mat and towel rentals, sell LMNT electrolytes, retail clothing, hats& sweat bags, and have a filtered water station to keep you hydrated.

What do I eat before class?

It's generally beneficial to practice on an empty stomach. However, everyone's body is different, and you'll discover whatworks best for you as you adjust over time. For now, aim to eat lightly and allow a few hours for digestion before andafter class.

Where do I park?

Free street parking is available around the building, both in the front and on the side. Park in any of these spots. Be sureto enter through the door on the side of the building.

What's the etiquitte inside the hot room?

For easy flow in our small space, please leave your shoes under the front bench and place your belongings around thecorner in the cubbies. We ask that the only items you bring into the hot room are your mat, towel, and water. Pleaseleave cell phones, watches, bags, extra clothing, and other belongings outside. This keeps the space clear and allowseveryone to fully immerse in the experience without distractions.To get the most out of your practice, please plan to arrive early so you can settle in and be ready to start class frombeginning to end. This ensures the teacher can best guide and support you throughout your time in the hot room.
